Free May Lunch & Learn at Newman Memorial Hospital

Newman Memorial Hospital is gearing up to host another fabulous FREE Lunch & Learn which is open to the community on Tuesday, May 22nd, 2018 from 12:00 to 12:30 in the Basement Conference Room of the Hospital.  Lunch will be provided in addition to our speaker, so please arrive a few minutes early in order to get your meal!  Our speaker will begin his presentation promptly at noon.  The purpose of these lunches is to provide educational opportunities to boost the health, safety and quality of our community.  Our speaker this month will be Steve Mueller, D.D.S., of Shattuck Dentistry & Braces.  He will be giving a short presentation during the lunch and will then be available for questions.

During his presentation, called Future Technology in Dentistry Today, he will be discussing Laser Dentistry (can focused light replace the dreaded drill?), Implants (new roots for missing teeth or a new foundation for a denture) and Grafting (replacing bone & tissue with stem cells and minerals from YOU not cadavers).  His presentation will be followed by a question and answer period.  So come join us for a delicious free meal prepared by our talented hospital cafeteria staff and learn something about technology & dentistry…..knowledge is power!  If you would like to join us, please RSVP to Joey Burgtorf at 580-938-5529, email me jburgtorf@newmanmemorialhospital.org or sign up on our Facebook page!
