NMH to host Flu Shot Clinics Countywide

Flu season is already upon us and Newman Memorial Hospital is ready!  We will be providing flu shot clinics for Medicare Recipients as well as those with Private Insurance or self-pay countywide this year.  The self-pay cost of the flu shots will be $30.

The Flu Shot Clinics will be held as follows:

October 5th    Venture Employees                    9:30 am

October 9th    Fargo Senior Center                  10 am to 1 pm

October 12th  Town of Shattuck Employees     9:30 am to 12 pm

October 16th  Shattuck Senior Center             10 am to 12 pm

                     *free blood pressure checks as well

October 23rd  Arnett Senior Center                  9:30 am to 12 pm

                     Ellis County Employees               1 pm to 4 pm

Newman Memorial Hospital also offers flu shots for ages 6 months and up here at the hospital through our Immunization Clinic.  The flu shot is covered by most insurance plans.  Newman Memorial also participates in the Vaccine For Children Program (VFC) which is a state paid vaccine program for uninsured children 18 years and younger.  Flu shots are available at the hospital Monday through Thursday from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm and on Friday from 8:30 am to 12:00 pm.
